CALLING  ALL  ISLAND  PERFORMERS !

​​​As part of the run up to Cowes Fringe, we’re hosting The Island's Got Talent at East Cowes Town Hall on Sunday 1st March 2026 — and we’re looking for talented young performers!

​

​This fun, supportive daytime event (final timings TBC) is open to ages 8+ to adults, welcoming musicians, singers, bands, comedians, jugglers and all kinds of performers. It’s a great chance for young people to showcase their skills, gain stage experience, and get involved in the Fringe community.  

 

Judging our young performers are four local legends - Nigel Hartley MBE, Rob da Bank, Hannah Brear and DJ JAMRoKi. You’ll be in for a great day!

​One standout performer from the afternoon will be offered the chance to appear in the main Cowes Fringe programme at the East Cowes Town Hall — on our Mountbatten Gala Night (times TBC). 

​

​We will aim to finalise participation by mid February, so get in touch soon!

​​

​Refreshments will be on sale during the audition event. This is a free drop in event and audience spaces will be on a first come first serve basis, with a priority to performers.

PERFORMER ENTRY FEE:

 

Solo Performers (solos, duets, trios)  - £5 each

 

Group Performers (of 4 or more people) - £10 total fee​

​

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: 31ST JANUARY 2026​

 

Any successful child applications must have an adult accompany them at the event.

​

You will be informed with your audition performance time, if you have been successful, in February. At that time of confirmation we will ask for your performer fee.
